Five protected layers.
You choose when to check in.
Location is requested when you tap Check in. Flukello uses a rounded area for matching, rather than a searchable list of people or exact venue pins. Exact coordinates are not displayed to other members.
A quick check-in. A short pause.
Checking in starts eligibility to receive notes. Writing a note requires a 20-second wait in this beta. Ordinary notes use an approximate-area and one-hour timing rule. Crossy notes require a matching check-in and remain active for three days; Stealth excludes Crossy-note delivery through that check-in.
Notes are temporary.
Location-linked notes expire after 72 hours. Expired notes cannot be reopened as a route to contact someone.
Identity stays hidden.
Before acceptance, the beta reveals no sender name, photo, profile, email, phone number, raw coordinates or movement history.
Conversation requires consent.
Only a recipient’s explicit acceptance can open in-app conversation. Passing is silent. Blocking and reporting remain available.
Minimum data, clear purpose.
Waitlist data
For beta invitations, we collect the first name, email address, city, confirmation of adult status and consent record submitted through the waitlist.
Authentication data
Email codes are used to verify access. Your email is not shown to other members. Technical security records may be retained by the hosting platform to operate and protect authentication.
Location data
The beta asks the browser for one-time GPS only after a button press. The browser converts the result into a one-way rounded-area token. Flukello stores area tokens, rounded area coordinates, a label and check-in times for eligibility. It does not store the raw GPS coordinates.
Sharing
We do not design Flukello to sell location history or expose it to other members. Information may still be processed by infrastructure providers that operate hosting, authentication and email delivery, subject to their service terms.
Retention and deletion
Waitlist details are kept while the beta is being organized or until deletion is requested. Beta notes expire after three days. Account and privacy requests can be submitted below.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. Invitations may be limited by city, capacity and testing needs, and may be withdrawn if the service is misused.
Respectful use
- No threats, harassment, stalking, hate, sexual coercion or repeated unwanted contact.
- No names, contact details or invasive physical descriptions in recipient clues.
- No impersonation, automated submissions or attempts to bypass location eligibility.
- No screenshots or redistribution of private notes or conversations without permission.
Experimental service
The beta may contain errors, change without notice or be temporarily unavailable. Features shown as previews are not promises that secure production matching is already active.
Enforcement
Reported content may be hidden, and access may be suspended or removed to protect members and the integrity of the test. Serious threats should be reported to local emergency authorities; Flukello is not an emergency service.
No guarantee of a match
Flukello does not guarantee that a particular person uses the service, sees a note, accepts contact or is the person described.
