Note activity shows anonymous notes in approximate 500 m areas. The pink ring shrinks clockwise as the 72-hour note lifetime runs out. When several notes share a marker, it shows the time until the last note expires. Your places are private. Tap your marker to see only the latest check-in time, shown in your device’s time zone. Your places and timestamps are never shown to other members.
After checking in, tap Notes in the bottom bar. The public map still never reveals who wrote a note or who it may be for.
